Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM modelling of RWDP Siphonic, Pressurised, Conventional Systems based on engineer's drawings and specifications.
Interpret architectural and engineering plans to create integrated building system models
Generate construction documents, technical drawings, schedules, and visualisations directly from the model based on BIM data.
Work with architects, engineers, and construction team to ensure model accuracy and feasibility
Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts between structural, architectural, and MEP components.
Ensure the model remains up-to-date with the latest revisions and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
Required skills and knowledge:
Proficiency in BIM software platforms.
Trained in AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork.
Understanding of architectural, construction and engineering principles.
Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans.
Experience with clash detection, model coordination and 3D visualization.
Possess strong problem-solving skills.
