JOB DESCRIPTION

• Interpret, create, and edit models in BIM software independently
• Prepare information generated from BIM software
• Customise and prepare a BIM Executive Plan, and implement the commitments
• Perform audit checks of models to identify discrepancies
• Assist BIM manager and team in managing BIM processes within organisation and project.

BIM Modeller

• Creating and Manage BIM Models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement BIM in the construction process
• Liaise with other project parties to detect and resolve potential building issues through BIM.
• Implement BIM documentation using BIM software and tools

BIM Specialist

• Implement BIM for other applications (e.g. Environmental analysis, 4D and 5D simulation)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement BIM execution plans
• Execution of BIM / VDC technologies and workflows, including performing model audit

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Singaporeans
• 2 years of working experience in Built Environment/Construction/Civil Engineering/Drafting/Interior Design/AutoCAD/Technical Drawing
• Diploma in any discipline or Advanced Certificate / Higher NITEC with relevant work experience

Candidates should have experience in:

• Computer and IT systems
• AutoCAD and Technical Drawings
• Design Drafting
• Project management/Co-ordination skills

Candidates should also possess:

• A positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Good teamworking skills
• An eye for details
