Responsibilities:

Prepare 3D Models, 2D drawings & some necessary documents for Approval & Construction.
Manage model based on the site schedule & must be aligned on the critical path of the project.
Understand & comply with BEP of each project.
Perform interdisciplinary communications & coordination to resolve relevant issues.
Assist in Tender documentation models/drawings whenever required.

Requirements:

NITEC, BCA/Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Engineering Technology or equivalent experiences/field.
At least 1-3 years of hands-on working experience.
At least 3 years of working experience in MEP drawings.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD & MS office.
Possess Revit or equivalent certificate will be an advantage.
Basic technical knowledge of MEP Engineering will be an advantage.
Knowledge in BIM 360, Navisworks (4D/5D/6D) will be an advantage.
Have experiences in BIM coordination of either Chiller Plant Room, Cooling Tower (Layout/System/Details), Electrical (HV/LV, PG, Consumer Room), Data Center, Airport, Pre-cast, DFMA, Plumbing & Sanitary or Fire Protection.
Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines & authority submissions will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced site.
Good communication skills, willing to learn & take initiatives.
Positive working attitude & team player.
