Job Description

:

Assist BIM Manager in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle. Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings, construction drawings, Coordination and latest information. Ensure integrity / quality of the models. Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models. Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication. Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-Based quantification and 4D simulation. Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for additional BIM-Based deliverables such as 5D Progress Evaluation and 6D Asset and Facility Management. Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in any of M&E Discipline/ Engineering / Construction related disciplines. At least 2 - 3 years of local experience in the Construction Industry. Experience in BIM software / tools. Working experience in Revit and Navisworks is preferred. * Comfortable travelling to project site when required.
