Bim Specialist ($4000 $5000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Ability to lead the team and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
- Support project team and efficieny in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
- Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
- Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
- Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
- Provide guidance and conduct in-house BIM training to other team members
- Develop discipline specific BIM modelling content
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Authorities\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and overall project process is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
