& Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Create 3D BIM models for the respective disciplines (architecture, civil &structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) with ArchiCAD
Assist architects and engineers to ensure compliance with the various design and regulatory requirements
Implement Virtual Design & Construction methodologies, processes and standards
Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders (e.g. contractors) on the implementation of Virtual Design & Construction
Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions

Job Requirement:

Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in the respective disciplines (mechanical engineering) or other relevant fields, good interpersonal skills, be meticulous and independent, have pleasant disposition and effective communication skills
BIM-related certification from BCA Academy or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the creation of 3D BIM models using BIM authoring software for Singapore building projects
Well-versed in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper will be advantageous

Salary Range

$3,500 - $4,300
