Project Engineer/ Manager – Biotech project The Location: Singapore Duration: 6 to 12 Month Contract – Renewable Working Week Monday – Friday - (8 hours a day)

Responsibilities:
The candidate is to support cradle-to-grave capital projects within the Pharmaceutical Industry (Biologics and Cell Therapy). Typical projects include aseptic fill/finish/packaging, bioprocessing, facilities/utilities, Cleanroom, VHP and automation integration. Persons are experienced Project Managers that have specific experience in an FDA regulated environment. Completes pharmaceutical engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements, responsible for cost, schedule and quality capital project deliverables.

• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management
• Determines/Develops project specifications by studying product design, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
• Provides timely engineering solutions to problems associated with project assignments
• Assist with Technical evaluations/project task on capital projects from the concept CAR funding stages through procurement, installation, start-up and commissioning
• Develops or assists with the development of project schedules by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
• Maintains project records and documentation such as meeting minutes, specifications (URS, FRS, etc.), drawings (P&ID, schematics), change control, Maximo forms/data, etc.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical preferred)
• 5 – 15 years related work experience
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Instrumentation & Controls experience a plus
• GMP/cGMP knowledge a plus
• PMP certification a plus
