Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 
Strong leadership skills, managing projects and the resources on the project will be crucial. You will be working on projects from inception to completion, meaning you will be involved at tendering stage, throughout the project life cycle, right through to delivery.
Strong site co-ordination skills will be required. You will be the overall in charge on site so must be able to deliver.
Develop and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Ensure efficient use of resources, construction method, sequence, and products including change of design to meet consultant’s requirement within our initial schedule.
Experience in the design of Building Structures
Conduct joint site inspections with site team and subcontractors to improve work efficiency and attest any weak work practices.
You must have passion and drive: these are two key traits that will be key in this role.

Requirements:
 
MUST have a degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
MINIMUM 10 years relevant experience as a project manager for local building construction works
MUST have local SINGAPORE experience in large scale building projects and condominiums using PPVC method
High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project skills
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
