Job Description
Reporting Address: 10 Buangkok View, Singapore 539747 (Institute of Mental Health campus).
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8am to 4pm
- Saturdays: 12pm to 4pm
- May be required to work on weekends and Public Holidays if operational needs arise.
:
- Prepare meals and food in a timely manner
- Properly measure ingredients and food portions
- Manage the kitchen inventory and ensure supplies are fresh and of high quality
- Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organised and sanitised
- Familiar with Halal Procedure and Guidelines
- Ensure Invoices are signed according to goods received from -suppliers
- Create Menus for Ad-hoc events and PUB refreshments weekly
Job Requirements:
- Nitec in Culinary Arts
- Prior experience in a Catering/Cafe Setting and able to cook
- Able to multi-task and possess good time management
- Able to work well with teams and possess good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
