DESIGNATION : Black Belt (COE BPR)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports BU Head / HoD to drive process excellence program and meet all key targets of CoE-BPR (inclusive but not limited to) :
    • Responsible for FPG Lean Six Sigma Program & KPI
    • Responsible for FPG End to End Process Implementation
    • Responsible Process Optimization, Standardization and Transformation
  • Engages with various levels of People in Organization to foster close partnership with the outcome of achieving a shared responsibility in making Process Excellence a DNA into their day to day operations
  • Provides direction and support for end to end process deployment across all levels of people (within and across Business Unit/Department)
    • Lead and carry out continuous process improvement initiatives.
    • Lead and perform process standardization
  • To instill Continuous Improvement mindset, he / she shall be responsible to work with key stakeholders to establish, review, and analyze the Key Performance Indicators that forms the fundamental of prioritizing and solving the problems for a better result in a continuous cycle
  • Conducts outreach programs / workshops for Lean Six Sigma and End to End Process Awareness & Voice of Customers
    • Develop new or enhance current framework/enablers for better adoption and sharing of best practices, including the formation of the change agent network
    • Facilitate Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certification program as part of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s drive towards workforce upskilling and Lifelong Learning
  • Sustains high standard of Quality Performance
    • Documenting business processes on all levels, including controls and KPIs and making documentation available to all intended stakeholders
  • As a catalyst, he / she is expected to be ready to drive CHANGE at all times.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain or Quality related field is preferred.
  • Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) is required.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Process Improvement (LSS) experience with hands on experience - Planning, Implementing, Coaching and Mentoring
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Project Management, Performance Improvement, and Business Management related experience
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing Process Documentation & Governance
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate at all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing organizational goals.
  • Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.
