We're building a high-performance Layer-1 inspired by modern BFT chains to power on-chain e-gaming experiences. You'll help us design and ship core protocol and backend components.

You must be strong in Rust and have real blockchain development experience

(e.g., smart contracts, node/validator work, wallets, or chain integrations).

What you'll do

? Implement and tune BFT consensus and networking for fast finality.

? Build and maintain validator/node software, RPCs, indexing, and wallet logic.

? Ship staking/rewards/referral modules and token-economic mechanisms.

? Integrate verifiable randomness (VRF) for fair gaming outcomes.

? Design safe deposit/withdrawal flows, bridges, and operational controls.

? Stand up real-time oracles for sportsbook data.

? Add safety features (pause/lock, anomaly detection, blacklisting) and support upgrades/testnets.

? Partner with backend/game teams to integrate core chain features.

Must-have skills

?

Rust proficiency (required).

You've shipped production Rust or substantial OSS in Rust.

Blockchain development experience (required).

Examples: building smart contracts (EVM/Solana/Cosmos/CosmWasm, etc.), contributing to validator/node code, writing wallet/SDKs, or operating nodes.

? Solid grasp of distributed systems fundamentals (consensus, networking, state, performance).

? Working knowledge of applied crypto (keys, signatures), and secure wallet/key handling.

? Product mindset: you write reliable code, instrument it, and iterate with users.

Nice to have

? Exposure to

consensus protocols

(HotStuff/PBFT) and performance profiling.

? Contributions to L1s (Aptos, Sui, Solana, Cosmos SDK) or similar core-infra projects.

? Experience with oracles, VRF, bridges, multi-sig treasury design.

? Familiarity with on-chain gaming/sportsbook mechanics.

? DevOps for distributed nodes (observability, upgrades, incident response).
