Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers with high growth potential in key industry
• Assisting clients in turning their requirements into architected solutions through the development of Blockchain-powered applications
• Forging and maintaining strong relationship with clients across all sectors and industries
• Lead the team to formulate and evaluate the business proposal and risks, propose sound technology solutions
• Design and implement Solutions for Blockchain Framework, Cryptocurrency, NFT Marketplace, and Messaging Systems
• Leading and contributing to the Company\'s development of key technological innovations
• Mentoring and supervision of the Blockchain team
• Able to provide meaningful analysis and make appropriate recommendations
• Assess and recommend changes to meet business needs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing blockchain
• Minimum 6 years of experience in web application & software development
• Experience working with large codebases
• Experience working with open-source projects
• Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript -Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
• Familiarity with cryptography & P2P networks would be a plus point
• Strong knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains
• Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code
