Job Description

:

The role requires strong technical expertise in BMS systems, leadership skills to manage project execution, and the ability to ensure successful integration with other M&E systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the BMS team in the design, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS works. Review and validate BMS design drawings, control diagrams, and system architecture. Coordinate with the Electrical, ACMV, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve project milestones. Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. Conduct system troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning, ensuring reliability and performance. Prepare technical documentation, method statements, and reports for submission. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and site personnel.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in BMS project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of BMS systems design, PLC/DCC controls, networking, and system integration. Familiarity with ACMV and M&E services in large-scale building or industrial projects. Proven ability to lead project teams, subcontractors, and coordinate across stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial facility projects is preferred. * Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pickup at designated MRT station.
