Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promote and propose Controls Solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors
- Develop long term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention
- Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
- Work closely with other department to promote package solution and enhance the win rate
- Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals.
- Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale.
- Differentiates & made Company as preferred supplier.
- Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards
- Only Singaporean
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- At least 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in selling HVAC or building automation system
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer driven mindset
- Salary: $4000 + $1000 (Transport Allowance if drive) + VB
- Location: Pioneer Rd
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
