Maintain Board Secretariat inventories/equipment
General support to the Board Secretariat, Risk Management and Corporate Administration department
Data Administration Support for the Integrated System on ERM and BCM modules
Check data input and supporting documents in the system
Verify the data extracted from the system are aligned with Dashboard
Update and key in additional key information arising from clarification at the different stages
Maintain and export final approved documents from the system (i.e. Risk Registers and Dashboard)
Risk Management Engagement Sessions and Meetings Support
Calendar scheduling
Onsite support at meetings for meeting preparations/ documentations as necessary
"See It? Say It!" Mobile Application ("App") Support
Assist with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing for the redevelopment of the App in-house
Provide support by contributing ideas and developing draft publicity posters on Risk Awareness Series
Provide support for Risk Awareness events including distribution of prizes/ vouchers
SharePoint Administration Support for Risk Management, Business Continuity and "See It? Say It!" Site
Maintain SharePoint Site
Requirements:
Competent in managing administrative functions
IT savvy with the ability to establish and maintain effective office systems
Good in communication skills, including writing of agenda, minutes and correspondence
Excellent time management skills in terms of prioritization and multitasking to complete a cross-functional and broad range of activities
Work experience in a research/academic environment with background in Governance, Risk and Compliance would be advantageous
Responsible individual with integrity and good attitude
Additional Information:
Salary - Up to S$3200 per month
Commencement Date: Immediate
Contract duration: 6-month convertible
Working days and hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm
