JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Base of Pyramid (BoP) Innovation Lab incubates sustainable programming models and forms strategic partnerships across the public, private and non-profit sectors to accelerate access to vision care for underserved communities around the world. Digital data has been identified as an enabler that can be leveraged to achieve our mission.
Essential Expected Results:
Conceptualize, develop and test innovative solutions that leverage digital technology to improve vision care access for underserved communities.
Conduct data analysis and visualization and prepare clear and concise materials that highlight key findings, and draw actionable conclusions to support critical business discussions.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• Data Visualization & Analysis

Support efforts to design, implement and maintain user-friendly automated dashboard to visualize key metrics and monitoring of countries' performance
Analyze countries' data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, investigate and communicate areas / gaps that require improvement
Project Management & Planning
Plan & manage ongoing digital projects with multiple stakeholders
Support the development, running and evaluation of pilots in developing markets
Partnerships
Support the Manager to manage relationships with existing and new partners for digital projects, including vendors, NGOs, corporates or ecosystem partners
Support the Manager to maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders in the context of projects and collaborations
Helping to scan for and identify potential suitable partners to collaborate with in the field of innovation
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Currently studying with Business/Data Science/Information Systems (major of studies)
Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines
Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
Entrepreneurial self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude
Strong business acumen with superior problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge in PowerBI, React JS/SQL/python preferred
Strong interest in the areas of Digital Innovation, Data Analytics and Visualistion
