We are currently seeking a Supervisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Singapore.

How you will contribute:

  • Support in achieving financial objectives by driving sales, preparing reports, analyzing variances, proposing corrective actions
  • Support the staff on the floor during events and/or daily store activities to maximize business opportunities leading by example, taking care of VIP and Top Clients
  • Give support in mentoring people, give all the information needed and coach them to develop their competencies and support the growth
  • Give support in leading and conducting regular store morning meetings
  • Support the creation of a sense of belonging creating a positive environment in the store to pursue a stable retention and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Support organization of work schedules assigning SA to specific duties, supervising SA in all areas required to operate store, ensure productivity in all departments, following up on work results
  • Ensure research and analysis of the information registered in the database to propose and action plans with Store Manager
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services, maintaining inventories
  • Ensure a sense of urgency in the store for immediate reactivity to stock issues
  • Collect the feedbacks from customers and team on the collection and provide them to the Boutique Manager
  • Support in evaluating competitors (Read Corporate Analysis, do Mystery Visits and coach SAs on how to do a Mystery Visit)
  • Collaborate with Store Manager in implementing coaching program to develop SA effectiveness in relationship and in after sales service
  • Support coaching and monitoring of the store staff on developing excellent customer service in the store
  • Collaborate in increasing customer satisfaction resolving customer problems/complaints by determining optimal solutions (assuring after sales)
  • Uphold respect of BOTTEGA VENETA standards and procedures
  • Maximize the existing customers and enlarge the new client base
Who you are:
  • Minimum 3 years of store management experience in the luxury retail industry
  • Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and exhibit passion for the brand and retail industry
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
  • Prior working experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong in sales data analysis
  • Excellent in planning, organizing and implementation
  • Excellent in communication, motivation and team management
