Our client was incorporated in November 2016 to support SMEs in Singapore to conduct business in a viable manner amidst a challenging landscape of talent acquisition and complex regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- To introduce our customers to the fit and features of our products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
- To selling, restocking and merchandising.
- To provide high-class customer service and to increase the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
- Build relationships with each customer and begin with the quality of their welcome when they walk into a store.
- Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team
- Perform merchandise control function and maintain required stock level.
- Assist in brand campaigns, in-store promotions, pop-up events, and all ongoing brand activities.
- Communicate with the management team with information regarding personnel, product, and procedures.
Skills Required:
- You have 2-3 years of retail experience
- You are passionate about customer service & creating a great brand experience in our boutique
- You are a team player
- You have excellent communication skills
