Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • To introduce our customers on the fit and features of our products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
  • To selling, restocking, and merchandising.
  • To provide high class customer service and to increase company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
  • Build relationships with each customer and begin with the quality of their welcome when they walk into a store.
  • Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team
  • Perform merchandise control function and maintain required stock level.
  • Assist in brand campaigns, in-store promotions, pop-up events, and all ongoing brand activities.
  • Communicate with the management team with information regarding personnel, product, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of retail experience
  • Passionate about customer service & creating a great brand experience in our boutique
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
