Location : Various Locations - Orchard (Paragon) / ION / MBS Working hours : 5 Days Work Roster | 10.30am - 7.00pm (Morning Shift) 12.30pm - 10.00pm (Night Shift) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Gross of $4500 (Basic plus commission) + $80 Attendance Incentives + min. of $400 fixed commission (First 3 months) + $50 Grooming Allowance + OT Payable + Individual Performance Bonus + Birthday Leave + 12 Days AL Duration : Permanent Full Time Industry : Fashion Retail - Mid-Luxury Brand Clothing Main Responsibilities: Accountable for reaching personal sales goals and contributing in achieving the store goal. Utilize company selling tools to ensure customers receive excellent customer service. Maintain current product knowledge to maximize daily sales. Maintain and update client books with detailed information on customers. Develop and maintain client relationships. Ensure professional personal grooming standards reflective of the brand. Assist in monitoring floor stock and replenishing merchandise. Maintain company visual standards at all times. Point of sales policy and procedure compliance. Requirements: Minimum 'N' Level or above. Excellent interpersonal skills with great personality Immediate availability or on short notice highly preferred Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
