To assist the Global Head of Implementation, Transaction Banking in implementing and supporting the TB Strategy and business plan for the function.
Day-to-day business management for the TB business including, monitoring and tracking of business performance, budgets, risk and audit related matters and establishing and maintaining appropriate processes/mechanisms for efficient tracking and monitoring. Also responsible for planning, co-ordination and project management of specific business projects and initiatives for Global Head of Implementation, Transaction Banking.
Business Management & Planning
Tracking: Day-to-day business management for the TB business, including monitoring and tracking of business performance, budgets, risk and audit related matters and establishing and maintaining appropriate processes/mechanisms for efficient tracking and monitoring.
Project Management: Responsibility for the planning, co-ordination and project management of specific business projects and initiatives for Global Head of Implementation, Transaction Banking as required.
Efficiency: Continuously improve business management efficiency by simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures. Identify and implement best practices in resources and processes, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare reports, presentations, papers, and review material to support discussions and decision making at various forums (e.g. Implementation MT, Monthly Business Review, QPR etc). Organise/coordinate business meetings and escalations with stakeholders and support functions.
Compliance: Responsibility for ensuring the TB business operates in full compliance with Product Programmes, and all relevant Group Risk Policies and Codes of Conduct, as well as ensuring satisfactory Audit reports.
Performance Management
Management Information: Support the delivery of MI to meet the needs of the Implementation Business within TB.
Implementation Team Support: Support the design, review, and roll-out of scorecards including the assessment of relevant / applicable metrics, and the coordination of the target setting process for business and individual scorecards. Additionally, assist in talent management, P3 process, learning and development initiatives such as training workshops, learning curriculums, staff surveys, certification programs, etc.
Financial: Act as a knowledge expert on the product sets and complex implementation requirements, including financials (P&L, Balance sheet, KPI\'s etc) and coordinate annual budgets & ongoing forecasts. Provide suggestions to improve profitability & performance and implement any approved recommendations.
Strategic Inputs
Forecast: Assist the Global Head of Implementation, Transaction Banking in preparing forecasts and projections based on current run-rates, inputs from Sales and market/economic trends.
Strategy: Quantify and provide information to country & group management by analyzing the impact & economic consequences of market trends, changing customer requirements and competitor offerings for the dual purpose of performance management and strategy development. Implement actions as required.
Initiatives: Assist with strategic planning including the development and production of strategic plans, management business reviews, performance updates, and associated research, analysis, and presentation.
Problem Solving: Based on data gathered during competitor & capability analysis, customer feedback, utilization and financial monitoring support the Global Head of Implementation, Transaction Banking in solving operational, financial, sales and service issues.
Benchmarking: Carry out competitor benchmarking exercise to help the senior management shape the TB Implementation offering.
Communication
Internal: Facilitate internal communication (e.g., business update, appointments, team calls, town halls, press release, Bridge, media interviews). Coordinate and support business engagements with other teams / partners in the Bank.
External: Support brand / marketing related activities (e.g., client events, industry / proprietary forums, etc) and external party meetings (i.e. consultants, vendors, auditors, regulators, clients, media/publications, etc.)

10+ years of experience in Banking Industry
Creative problem-solver with good multi-tasking skills, able to prioritise issues and resolve them efficiently.

Strong organisational skills and process discipline in order to drive multiple agendas.
