With over 1,200 restaurants worldwide, Gyu-Kaku, a new style of Yakiniku restaurant provides high-quality services and low-price Yakiniku to a wide range of customers. Our philosophy “Kando Sozo” ensures and expose you to our customers’ happy faces.
1. Responsible for food preparation and cooking to SOPs. 2. Ensure smooth operations and allocation of duties in the kitchen.
3. Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner up to expected standards.
4. Attend kitchen meeting with the Managing Director. 5. Report to Grand Chef or outlet Managers.
6. Reporting of kitchen related stock checking, inventory and ordering.
7. Practice good hygiene and housekeeping standard within the kitchen.
8. Upholding highest standard of food quality and safe and hygiene practices.
