Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of staff to grow the business through staff motivation, coaching, customer management and customer experience
Handle daily operations including customer complaints and administrative paperwork
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, meet branch KPIs (e.g., monthly sales, customer spend), and increase profitability
Track sales performance of outlet and implement improvements
Provide personalized recommendations for hair care products, packages to customers and perform hair treatments and other services when necessary
Manage and schedule staff roster to maintain optimal manpower
Train and develop staff to increase their performance and efficiency
Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hair care or related industry
Prior supervisory of 1-2 years of experience is preferred
Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with the ability to build great customer relationships
Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking customers
