Welfare and Remunerations Package: * Fixed Basic ($3200 - $3300) + Allowance

• Minimum Commission ($1,400 and above with no cap)
• Quarterly Bonus (every 3 months)
• Yearly Flexi-Allowance ($1,000)
• 21 days of Annual leave + 1 Birthday off
• Career progression via a corporate structure
• Performance review on the 6th month
• No clawback of commission
• Full-time / Permanent position

Responsibilities:

• Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Make calls to fix appointments for customers to meet up in the branch
• Provide after-sales service

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree holders
• Sales driven and adaptable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must
• 1 year Prior sales experience in any field
