A BA must show initiative, leading by example, and eagerly embraces Anytime Fitness\xe2\x80\x99 vision to create the best member experience possible. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for the fitness industry, a keen attitude towards learning, and is highly driven to make sales commissions. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Roster scheduling
- Conducting / Organising weekly classes
- Trouble shooting and Problem-solving
- Evaluating reports and improving sales performance
- Developing community outreach programs
- Working closely with a marketing manager to create effective marketing campaigns to improve sales performance
- Oversee health and safety of staff and club members
- Ensuring all members have a positive and fulfilling experience with Anytime Fitnessbn
- Ability to hit sales targets
- Good time management, highly organised and proficient in administrative tasks
- Energetic, enthusiastic, motivational and charismatic
- Ability to build relationships with members and staff
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fitness with a good attitude for continuous leaning and regularly taking the initiative to further develop your skills and knowledge
- Ability to demonstrate exercises and conduct gym orientations
- Gym membership
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Commission pay
