We are looking for an energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic trainer to fulfil the role Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador is an autonomous role which includes delivering the F45 experience to the community, managing enquiries, looking after our members with amazing customer service and growing our membership base. The individual should have a passion for health and fitness and the F45 brand, a wealth of knowledge, great verbal communication skills, with a willingness to grow and foster a thriving team of trainers, as well as our community. If the individual would also like to Coach classes or train to be a coach we would encourage this greatly. This is not essential but a plus. Responsibilities:

• Develop and foster a positive, community-based team training environment
• Collaborate with and report to Management team to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly studio sales goals
• Nurture Leads to Trial and then to membership
• Help manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio
• Look after our Members with excellent customer service
• Organise and run the F45 Challenge
• Assist with content creation and event organisation

Responsibilities: Social Media and Marketing

• Facilitate company awareness through various social media channels
• Work with Management to create and implement social media strategies monthly
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and ensure a positive customer service experience

Requirements:

• Passion, enthusiasm and genuine motivation for health, fitness and to improve the lives of others
• Experience in the fitness industry, experience in management roles are a bonus
• Sales experience is a bonus
• Ability to engage and develop strong relationships with clients
• Good communication and ability to educate others
• Happy, positive, enthusiastic and friendly personality
