Job Summary

  • The specialist holds an important role within the Brand & Communications Department and is a brand guardian. We are looking for an individual who has the drive and talent to organize and support marketing campaigns, run promotional activities and product launches in both the B2B and B2C space. The ideal candidate must have the motivation to better each project and task, to contribute effectively at team sessions, able to build on the strength of corporate and product narratives to build powerful B2B storytelling. He/She must be able to relate to stakeholders across all levels and manage third party agencies of different nature.
  • The Specialist must be able to multi-task and project manage in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for the day to day operations of Brand and Communications Department.
  • Key liaison with external agencies – creative design, social media, eCommerce, digital marketing, events, PR, online redemption.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders to move all owned projects and tasks to conclusion – Sales & Operations Team, Product Management Team, Regional Brand and Communications Teams.
  • Administrative support for the department
  • Monitor the competitors’ activities across both online and offline to provide findings and recommendations for current or future improvements
  • Ensure accurate asset and marketing materials tracking
  • Coordinate and lead the execution of in-store renovations based on brand guidelines
  • Plan and lead the execution of the key events across online and offline channels
  • Coordinate and assists in the development of new events, focusing on the creation and engagement with the brand
Marketing Communications:
  • Support to enhance brand awareness and grow mindshare via integrated marketing communication plan and ensure synergy between local and regional marketing communications.
  • Responsible for end-to-end event management and support, from conceptualisation, execution to on-site support for product launches, conferences, seminars, tradeshows, channel events and gatherings
  • Ability to contribute ideas for marketing plans and strategies and plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns with clear reporting that includes total A&P spending.
  • Develop marketing collaterals when required by providing clear and detailed brief to creative agency
  • Ensure A&P budget is utilised with clear deliverables and measurements
  • Enhance brand impression through sponsorships and collaborations, as well as enhancing CSR efforts through sports partnership
  • Support with monthly and quarterly Marketing Communications planning and budgeting
  • To vet and ensure high standard of quality of all marketing communication content
PR and Social Media:
  • To support team with integrating PR and social media communications and tapping on agency resources to achieve the objectives together with the regional team
  • To plan media buy budget that optimises efforts on social media.
Agency Management:
  • Work with agencies to achieve the desired objectives
  • Identify and on-board 3rd party agencies and establish clear objectives and KPIs. Monitor performance and share periodic review, feedback and areas of improvement.
  • Provide clear creative direction and input for all brand and tactical executions
  • Supporting storefront renovation changes
Administration Support:
  • Support on working on monthly and periodic reports
  • All other administration support
Key Job Requirements

Job / Skills Competencies:
  • Project Management
  • Strong Interpersonal skills across various levels.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, etc)
  • Able to Multi-Task in a Fast Moving Environment.
  • Able to confidently conduct presentations
  • Achievement & Results oriented
  • Organized and able to meet tight deadlines
Critical Work Experience:
  • At least 3 ~ 5 years performing a marketing planning and executionary role in an Infocomm and Technology organization.
  • Event management background preferred
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing and/or Mass Communications (Senior)
  • Diploma in Marketing and/or Mass Communications
