ResponsibilitiesThe main role is to support the Marketing Department in the proper execution of the company's marketing communications efforts and media plans on a day-to-day basis, particularly in the areas of print advertising and public relations.

• Coordinate with traditional local media - print and tv, i.e., arranging meetings, requesting for advertising proposals, and following up on advertising contracts, among others.
• Coordinate with brand managers and principals on a regular basis for new and upcoming print and online advertising and press release materials.
• Manage and monitor schedule, production, billing, and submission of all print and tv advertising campaigns and press releases, including regular pr seeding.
• Handle all advertising permits when necessary.
• Monitor, collate and organize all print advertising placements and press releases daily.
• Submit a monthly summary report of all print advertising and publicity efforts.
• Prepare periodic advertising and public relations report for brand principals.
• Handle all press events which will be requested by brand principals.
• Pitch press materials to various publications for brand coverage on a regular basis.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, business, communication, or related field.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in advertising and public relations is an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
• A fast learner and team player who can adapt to new environments and challenges easily.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs.
• Comfortable learning new web applications.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Marketing Communications Specialist: 3 years (Preferred)
