• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales/ Retail (Pet Shop)
• Position Title: Junior Brand and Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Ubi (Near the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday, 8:30 AM - 6 PM, Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary + AWS + Variable Bonus + Dental & Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Grow brand revenue and marketing positioning
• Develop and execute brand strategies to create, maintain and increase brand awareness and experience for the targeted market and customers for existing and new products
• Develop, evaluate, learn and improve marketing mixes
• Collaborate and support sales team for specific branding strategies and execution for customers
• Collaborate with/Lead the Graphic Designer to plan and execute campaigns, events; and all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
• Plan (paid) social media content and attend to product/brand queries and feedback received from social media platforms, emails etc
• Plan and execute product road shows and events
• Provide regular reporting and review with vendors (brand owners) for continual improvements on marketing plan and implementation
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of the success of marketing strategies and activities
• Managing of marketing budget
• Carry out market research and analysis to keep up to date with customer and future trends as well as competitor insights
• Collaborating with 3rd parties on co-branding

• Unconditional love for animal pets and being able to interact with them during roadshows and events
