Sales / Stocks / Training / Visual Merchandising

Guarantying a consistent and premium brand image across all point-of-sales locations: product assortment & visual merchandising by following the global strategy
Providing product trainings to GS and field team
Providing coaching in product knowledge and selling skills to BAs
Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays
Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned by the Area Manager
Performing other related duties as assigned

Customer excellence

Identifying the customer’s needs and recommending the ideal product by providing an excellent customer experience
Establishing a good relationship with customers
Maintaining the point-of-sales locations neat and organized with a necessary housekeeping
