"Temporary WFH Set up"Main Task and Activities:

  • A brand champion is in charge of promoting and maintaining a company's brand image.
  • Concentrates on developing strategies that create loyalty among the employees
  • Forming a close relationship with the client and operations and making sure that the ideas at the top are in line with the organization's mission
  • Must remain up-to-date on the latest innovations within the company's field of business.
  • Delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns with hands-on implementation support
  • Partners with the Human Resources team and other departments in launching programs and initiatives.
  • You are an innovator with creative ideas! You will design unique employer brand concepts and follow them through to success
  • Establish and nurture relationships with employees (agent, management team, and clients)
  • Facilitating and executing account engagement activities
  • Monitoring the trackers and coordinating with the management team
  • Attends and facilitates leadership, incentive call, and service review meetings
  • Meeting with the management team about upcoming events
  • Create and implement account incentive programs
  • Creates Calendar of Events for account employees
  • Creates presentations for announcements, banners for incentive winners
  • Creates and facilitates monthly engagement

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in BPO Industry
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced level of knowledge in Excel (calculation, analysis and other tools).
  • Knowledge of other with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good personal organizational skills and client management.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible to work on a shifting schedule (24/7 support)
