Adecco is partnering with a well-known MNC in the manufacturing/retail industry in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead!
Talent Sourcing

  • Responsible for defining and implementing the talent pipelining strategy for the Pacific cluster.
  • Raising job requisitions and posting of job descriptions onto various portals and channels.
  • Profiling and presenting a qualified list of pre-screened candidates to hiring managers and advising them on best candidate fit.
  • Managing the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.
  • Advising the business on the strategy to build pipeline.
  • Participate in recruitment events, campus road-shows and career fairs.
  • Provide timely reports and analytics to the leadership team and flag risks/delays in advance.
Operational Compliance & Excellence
  • Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding and training new team members.
  • Responsible for the management of risk and compliance issues.
  • Responsible for defining and implementing the talent pipelining strategy for the Pacific cluster.
  • Being a brand champion on all platforms, consistently sharing our opportunities and telling our story
Candidate Experience
  • Takes the initiative to manage qualified candidates to engage them in current or future opportunities.
  • Ensuring a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle by always going the extra mile and ensuring regular communication
Stakeholder/Client Engagement
  • Proactively enhance the TA team's knowledge of the company, ensuring you are evolving your business understanding including development, collaborating well with market HR and mentoring your team.
  • Prepare and present TA team recruitment activity and performance data at the markets and functions level to educate and facilitate meaningful conversation around volumes, forecasting and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the Pacific markets - educate on recruitment best practices, ensure the firm is represented as best as possible and white-glove candidate experience is a priority.
  • Provide HR support and consultation to managers through coaching, training and advice that are aligned to the brands' culture and value as well as EVP.
