If you're someone who shares the same "can-do" attitude, respect for others, dedication, and passion for excellence, this opportunity could be a great fit for you!Position: Marketing Brand Communications LeadBrand: Onitsuka TigerThe Brand Communications Lead is responsible in providing direction and guidance on the marketing initiatives of Onitsuka Tiger in the Philippines, and together with the team, shape the future product designs and build competitive advantage in the local community.Responsibilities: A Responsible for the overall management of the brand direction and P&L of the business unit while keeping the companyaEUR(TM)s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advise internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brandA Develop and implement strategies, communication and execution plan in various campaigns and other business verticals, overseeing them to completion including, but not limited to company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term plansA Manage all marketing budgets on yearly, quarterly and monthly basis—work with the regional team to ensure accuracyA Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIsA Ensure that marketing strategy is in line with the merchandising to curate the assortment and manage the inventory levelA Communicate marketing initiatives monthly through effective presentationA Anticipate consumer trends, evaluate trends, assess new data and keep brand up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques, whilst monitoring our competitor closely and learning from them.A Other tasks as assignedQualifications: A Has a BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Marketing or any related courseA At least 5 solid years of experience in brand management. Background in retail is an advantage.A Project management experience is preferredA Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating ideasA Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative and innovativeA Amenable to work beyond working hoursA Amenable to travel locally and internationally when the need arisesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to Php50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
