About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Creative Producer to join the Brand & Creative Centre Of Excellence for South East Asia (SEA). Working closely with our diverse team of in-house creatives, you will be a part of a think tank working across many creative touchpoints. If you're all about managing seamless workflows, and are obsessed with every detail of a project from brief to delivery, we'd love to speak with you.
Responsibilities:

  • Act as point-of-contact with internal and external teams on production and delivery of in-house creative projects from concept to media delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow between internal cross-functional teams to turn creative concepts into deliverables.
  • Create project schedules, effectively managing timelines from concept to launch and beyond, communicating milestones to stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on track by aligning campaign goals with deliverables, schedules, estimates and budgets.
  • Prepare and maintain task lists, issue tracking, status reports and meeting notes; oversee management and organization of creative assets (file structure, trackers, media trafficking, etc.).
  • Partner closely with Finance to provide ongoing updates on the status of production and to ensure proper financial reporting.
  • Own commercial and legal responsibilities for your projects, working with internal teams and systems to ensure production budgets, PO's, invoices, contracts etc are correct, on track and within scope.
  • Find, curate and manage production partners like production companies, audio, illustrators, programmers and a variety of other crafts necessary to make ideas happen.
  • Ensure the quality and media specifications of all material delivered by the studio.
  • Be aware of tools we use globally and add them to our regional workflow (Digital Asset Management tool and Project Management tool).
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior creative studio staff.
  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple teams, creating deliverables that maintain budget and timeline, ideally from a creative agency or Internet/tech company.
  • Bachelor's degree in cinema, marketing, advertising or related fields preferred.
  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguously defined environments.
  • Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams.
  • A great problem solver, solution-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization.
  • Equally experienced in managing deliverables for large paid media campaigns (linear TV, activation, outdoor, digital) as in managing smaller deliverables for social and digital campaigns (social videos, banners, H5).
  • Deep understanding of the creator of online video landscape and digital media creative and development.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills. Additional language (Bahasa, Mandarin, Thai or Tagalog) is advantageous but not a must as the role will work closely with stakeholders based in the regions.
  • Knowledge of different project management models such as: waterfall, agile, scrum, design thinking, etc.
  • Experience with Asana is a plus.
  • Online portfolio is a plus.
