Position

As one of the most exciting integrated resorts in the world Marina Bay Sands\' Brand is seen and felt through its on property experiences. In this newly created role, we are looking expand the creativity, engagement & impact of our signature moments.

We are looking for a curious, driven, experienced and action-oriented experiential creative producer to support the property wide brand experience and programming at Marina Bay Sands. This position, reports directly to the Associate Director, Creative & Brand Experience and the wider creative team, helping to oversee and coordinate the production, execution and management of our property experiences & signature festive production.

As a hospitality brand operating at the highest levels of luxury we are looking for candidates who are have a good grasp of art direction, event content creation & build, are well-traveled and comfortable in other cultures. Experience within the luxury, hospitality & fashion industry would be preferred.

Job Scope

  • Participate in conceptual development of core brand experiences & well versed in the process of creative idea generation
  • Will lead on both budget & operations planning sessions with Brand Experience team to set goals and objectives for each year, help to resolve identified problems for signature brand experiences and Festive moments to prioritize/plan activities.
  • Drive & coordinate the identification of appropriate outside vendors and resources that deliver the highest quality fabrication & operational delivery to enhance guest experiences and business objectives.
  • Lead briefings of our internal creative team, as well as our agency partners to ensure every brand expression is building equity with our core audiences
  • Provide strategic & production counsel to internal stakeholders and teams, liaising regularly with
account teams to anticipate business needs and deliver added value to clients * Act as a unifying force across the entire organization, working closely with the operational, marketing, comms & content teams, to translate well defined plans into effective, authentic branded cultural experiences
  • Assist Event and Partners to ensure fulfillment of critical requirements and duties, as assigned in the Event and Festival engagement contract.
  • Achieve a working knowledge of MBS business lines, assets, policies, operations, people and objectives, specifically as related to Event and Festival business.
  • Represent the department in event planning and coordination with MBS Brand and Marketing Department leadership.
  • Partner with internal business units, external stakeholders and sub-contractors to leverage best practices and industry standards to deliver the highest outcomes for MBS Events and Festivals.
  • Help to continuously refine standards, process and procedures to insure continued development of Event Management department, Event and Festival operations.
  • Assist the department to identify Event and Festival specific goals, objectives and metrics consistent with the Marketing Department strategic plan.
  • Be a fierce brand guardian, ensuring that MBS\' products, services, experiences and content build consistent equity in the minds of our consumer
  • Continuously maintain a drive for renewal, experimentation and carefully considered risks.

Job Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years in Event production & programming with a key role in several Major Events
  • Ideally has creative agency experience & has a proven track record in event execution
  • Has hybrid campaign management & and/or creative / art direction as a secondary skillset
  • Education: Diploma / Degree holder in Creative field, Events, Production, Set design, Visual Merchandising or Management or other suitable disiplines
  • Work Environment: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule at event times including nights and weekends.
