Brand Executive (Marketing & Communications) A brand is shaped out of many encounters over time. As a Brand Executive with Busy Bees, you will take charge of 1 or 2 brands to drive the business outcomes leveraging on the spectrum of marketing activities you deem necessary - brand building efforts, digital presence, public relations, partnerships etc. Your day-to-day work include:
Working closely with the Business team to create consumer demand. This includes monitoring and analysing leads management and sales to provide timely business analyst reports
Developing and executing marketing plans (digital included) in line with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s long-term strategy, relevant to the target audience and constantly challenging ourselves to be the trendsetter for the industry
Managing the agreed marketing budget and keeping tabs for the best marketing returns (CPC/CPL etc)
Educational and Work Requirements:
Tertiary education - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business-related function is preferred
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience (account management in an advertising agency/brand or marketing position in an MNC preferred)
Success Attributes:
Passion for brand-building and problem solving
Results-oriented with strong numerical literacy and ability to analyze sales & marketing statistics to develop marketing initiatives
Self-motivated, energetic, flexible and very hands-on
Digitally-savvy will be an advantage. Knowledge in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and SEO.
Social media savvy and ability to provide creative ideas for content marketing
Remuneration package will vary according to experience. More experienced candidates can be considered for more senior positions.
