Customer Service Executive/Associate, Marketing & Communications : Busy Bees Singapore is an award-winning company representing 7 preschool brands in Singapore, encompassing almost 70 campuses. If you are the Preschool Admissions Executive we are looking for, your main responsibility would be to effectively and successfully \'marry\' each and every prospective parent to their campus of choice. This is a work-in-office position. Job Requirements:
Able to effectively manage parents\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries via multiple channels, including high volume email and phone communications.
Keeps abreast of most updated childcare/brand information.
More than ready and equipped to assist parents on their queries/concerns.
Adaptive and responsive to the specific and individual needs of parents.
Encouraging parents to visit and promptly following up on requests.
Meticulous and detailed in updating and maintaining the CRM system.
Liaising between prospective parents and centre staff.
All other assigned duties.
Skills & Experience:
Effective command of English, both conversational and written.
Strong persuasive skills with ability to leverage on parents\xe2\x80\x99 comments.
Has had experience and enjoyed working in a customer-oriented environment.
Additional Skills:
NetSuite experience.
Experience with Telephony and CRM systems.
Able to type 50-55 words per minute (wpm).
