Established in year 2000, The Live Group is a full service marketing agency with a dedicated and passionate team to Make It Happen // for our clients, with purposeful creativity, experiential, and engagement activations and campaigns.

Our experience ranges from marketing, PR events, brand activations for strategic marcom campaigns; and corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, gala awards and incentives.

As our Event Producer, you will journey to the magic of producing Creative & Experiential Events working with clients such as TikTok, Meta, WarnerMedia, TDCX, Bloomberg, and many more.

• Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality
• Key liaison between client, sales team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met
• Event production, coordination and operations
• Plan of event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules
• Preparation of Production Scripts / Call Sheets
• Source for materials and act as a negotiator to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers.
• Supervise all suppliers and contractors working on location
• Ensure a smooth production throughout each event
• Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events
• Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event, with focus on client retention.
• To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events
• Preparing quotations for pitching
• Event budget management
