Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Brand Graphic Designer in Zero1, you will be a key member of the Marketing Team. The role is based in our office in Singapore. You will work closely with key stakeholders & other teams in the Company to support the growth of Zero1.You will: . Be responsible for creating & maintaining consistent brand visuals for major Zero1 marketing activities, with a focus on digital platforms (social media channels, website, emailer, advertising & digital assets). . Provide strategic thinking about how each communication touchpoint brings across an idea and evokes emotions, which will attract new users & increase engagement. . Prepare strong brand visual concepts & present implementation ideas. . Craft & audit brand visual messaging regularly for consistency and performance. . Ensure that all Zero1 visual communications on digital and social media platforms and marketing collaterals are correct, precise & accurate. You will be involved in public-facing materials according to Company guidelines. . Projects will include service launches, sponsorships & events. . Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Product Management & Customer Service teams to generate and optimise copy that will improve conversion rates. . Stay up to date on emerging trends, industry conversations, and the pulse of the community. Understand what drives Zero1 audiences & why should they care about what we have to offer.Desired Skills & Qualifications . 3+ years of brand graphic design experience, particularly in the digital space. . Ability to turn complex ideas into appealing visual designs that can drive substantial engagements & conversions. . Deep passion for developing great brand-driven designs that are highly engaging. . Exceptionally proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other relevant software and technologies. . Proactive in a team & able to work independently without supervision. . Prior experience in telecommunications, agency & related industries will have an added advantage.Advantageous . In-depth knowledge of best practices for online visual content. . First-hand working experience with websites & online ads. . Experience in creating video and motion graphics.
