As a Brand Host, you will be key to handling end-to-end seamless and customized customer experience.

Brand Host | Luxury Automotive

The Job:

• Serve as the face of a global luxury brand to provide end-to-end customer experience for the store
• Provide customers with information on company products and services portfolio
• Ensure the accurate collection and recording of customer information and inquiries in the CRM system
• Provide suggestions and ideas to improve on the store operations
• Great career pathway into a global role with management opportunities

The Talent:

• Client-facing experience from Luxury Apparels, Watches, Jewelry, and related industries
• Charismatic professional with experienced in providing customized experience for clients
• A team player with excellent communication skills to interact and communicate effectively across different stakeholders.
• Energetic and Open-minded
• A consummate understanding of luxury and customer service
