We are partnering up with an established consumer centric organisation to spearhead an exciting rebranding initiative including strategic positioning of their products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction and strategy of their brands, leading and driving impactful outcomes through a team of specialists.

The role will require you to:

• Be responsible for shaping the direction of all brand initiatives at organization and product level, and effectively communicating them to stakeholders.
• Own the brand playbook, strategy, and execution for branding efforts, be the brand custodian and a partner to the business on any brand related queries.
• Manage and lead a team of brand and digital specialists.
• Establish criteria to measure and evaluate the results and quality of brand awareness efforts compared to the desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive initiatives to increase awareness and engagement with their brands.
• Expand the value and influence of the company\'s owned and paid media investments.

You will be a great fit if:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above, in marketing, branding, business or a related field
• 10 years of brand/marketing experience
• Ideally has marketing experience within media industry, content creation or platform companies, or related consumer-focused industries.
• Extensive experience in comprehensive marketing across various channels
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, challenging conventional approaches
• Excellent communication skills, being proficient in English and a second language
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and delivering impactful presentations
