Our client is an international asset management house with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.

As the APAC\xe2\x80\x99s advertising & brand lead, managing the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of APAC\xe2\x80\x99s full funnel advertising & media plan. Responsible for helping to drive healthy brand and full funnel performance amongst institutional, intermediary, and retail investors in the region. They will plan, manage, and execute all elements of a variety of high-profile advertising campaigns and/or social media programs designed to increase awareness and drive engagement with the target audience.

Identify opportunities to align with global approaches, and ensure all advertising is in line with brand standards while flexing to meet the needs of individual markets. Act as the APAC point of contact for brand governance, oversight and ensure consistency within the region and globally. Coordinate with relevant global brand SME\xe2\x80\x99s, bringing them into specific discussions where needed. Lead the CoE for advertising in APAC and be responsible for all creative/media briefs, campaign materials, regional creative development, media planning, buying, transcreation and production agencies. Recommends new ways to communicate campaigns to target audiences as needed. Develops new and innovative advertising and/or social media strategies to be applied across multiple campaigns and/or regions. Oversees campaign and channel effectiveness analysis and identifies new data sources as part of reporting. Reviews market results and proposes adjustments to optimize the campaign as needed. Maintains strong internal, ad agency, and vendor relationships while overseeing internal and external partnerships to execute program strategy, ensuring appropriateness, consistency, and timeliness of key messages for all audiences.

To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in asset management and/or financial services marketing. Sound Marketing skills and a proven track record in delivering integrated Marketing programs that have achieved business objectives for brand awareness and increased flows. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
