Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for formulating and chartering Brand Strategy. Reporting directly to the Vice-President for Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the brand's social platforms and PR to drive brand engagement and initiate growth. The position is responsible for monitoring brand perception, analyzing brand positioning, shaping and articulating the brand's vision and mission, as well as translating brand elements into plans on the ground. Additionally, the brand manager is expected to travel across the country to communicate and train the clients and business partners about the brand and its strategy. Manage all brand and marketing related communications and activities Monitor and manage brand perception Analyze brand positioning and audience insights and translate them into improvements in our channels Create and manage creative marketing campaigns to support the brand's distinct positioning and perception Ensure all content and collaterals maintain brand integrity-style, tone of voice, search engine optimized-for all channels including social, email, website, and onsite Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, brand compliant content Lead development of creative content to motivate the target audience Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs Monitor market trends, research audience markets and competitors' activities Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities If required, manage agencies for production and collaterals creation. Monitor, analyze and produce analytics and insight reports for marketing campaigns Provide guidance, support and mentoring for social media content and campaigns Provide support to other departments in for their social and digital needs e.g. provide consultation on how to improve their graphics or designs, or help edit designs if required Any other duties as assigned by the VP for Marketing.Required Skills Proven working experience as Brand Manager for at least 3 years Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to agencies, peers, and senior management Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and how content fits in overall channel and communications strategies is advantageous Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, analytics and metrics, as well as in managing SEO/SEM campaigns Strong analytical and quantitative skills Able to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and ability to work independently as well as in a team Strong skills set in project management, prioritizing, time management, organization, negotiations, and collaboration Outstanding communication skills, excellent command of spoken and written English, with an eye for attention to detail. Confidence in public speaking / being emcee at events. A go-getter, and can-do attitude, creative solutions-oriented work approachRequired Qualifications A degree in a relevant discipline, with design, digital media, marketing, or communications qualifications being an advantage At least 6 years work experience in brand management, digital marketing, content development and concept creation across a breadth of channels A motivated self-starter who is able to work independently or in a team, with a strong sense of accountability Initiate projects, provide constructive feedback to team discussions and integrate into the team's overall dynamics Contribute to the team's culture of creating a safe workspace environmentJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
