Job Description

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing activities for the assigned major/flagship brandsABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Co-develops marketing strategies and plans for multiple brands or product segments
  • Regularly tracks and reviews analysis of sales and marketing data gathered and recommends appropriate action plans
  • Executes marketing plans, which include existing product portfolio, test markets, and new SKU launch plans for major/flagship brands
  • Co-Develops annual brand plans and programs derived from the category marketing strategies
  • Regularly seeks field input on program evaluation, market conditions, consumer insights, and competitive activities for developing marketing strategies
  • Conducts analysis and periodical review of brands, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to develop programs that enhance the brand's equity and marketplace performance
  • Coordinates with concerned units on the preparation of packaging designs and marketing/ merchandising materials and execution of programs
  • Liaises with concerned units (i.e. Creative, Ad & Media, Sales, SMIS, Promo and Merchandising, Procurement, Production, R&D, QA) regarding marketing-related issues and concerns to ensure timely and effective implementation of operational plans
  • Monitors and reports to Marketing Manager the performance and health of brands handled based on related measurements such as Key Performance indicators
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Graduate of Marketing or any related course
  • With at least 3-4 years of work experience in FMCG or related industry
REPORTING: Reporting Relationship: Receives direct supervision from the Marketing ManagerInternal: Deals with Cross-functional Divisions for required brand-related information/data and with Sales Management Department, Trade Development Group, and Promo & Merchandising Department for marketing activities implementation and product concerns/feedback.External: Deals with a network of digital and media agencies and other suppliers for product development, merchandising, and promotions. Establishes business contacts to keep abreast with the latest marketing techniques, developments, and trendsWORKING ARRANGEMENT: Hybrid (2x per week onsite)Office location: Ortigas, Pasig CityWorking Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 6 PMJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
