Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop strategies and tactical marketing plans. Define and review brand essence, the brand's target audience and customer value proposition. Coordinate these marketing strategies across people within and outside the organization to ensure coherent implementation.
  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style and brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
  • Recommend, implement, and review brand-building efforts that are consistent with the brand's identity and position; and manage them to be effective, efficient, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Develop strong communications strategies/campaigns including Social Media marketing, Influencer marketing, PR, and community-building efforts that builds on the brand essence. Effectively implement them to generate sales and engagement among target consumers.
  • Work closely with third party agencies if any to develop targeted campaigns and other needed marketing materials.
  • Spearhead product development strategies, including recommending new concepts/flavors with strong market potential. Actively participate with RND on these developments including packaging and costing/pricing.
  • Define and create STM and OPS support materials (trade and consumer), as required.
  • Keeping up to date with market developments and analysing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies. Uses and analyses market research to form strategies.
  • Oversees and coaches staff under you.
EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.2. Must have had minimum of 3 years of experience in brand or product management.3. Have vast experience executing paid advertising programs on key self-service platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Google AdWords, and Instagram.4. Knowledgeable in social media and content management; website content creation5. Highly proficient in MS Office ( MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)6.Knowledgeable with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurement7. Knowledgeable in brand management, product development and marketing communications.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
