Here is some coverage of our company: [ Link removed ] [ Link removed ] ROLEThis is a unique opportunity for a brand specialist to develop within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As a Brand Manager, you will work closely with the founding team, and will be in the driver's seat to grow your brand into a regional and global champion. Develop and formulate brand strategy and roadmaps with the Una Brands executive team, bringing a deep understand of the customer, market trends, and competitive landscape, backed by brand and category data analysis Fully responsible for managing the P&L and daily management of your brand, including monitoring key metrics and problem-solving issues Lead and partner with internal and external functions (Branding, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to develop brand direction, impactful product launches, channel / geographic expansion plans, and go-to-market strategies Project manage and collaborate with experts to ensure successful execution and delivery of new and ongoing initiatives (e.g., promotions, social media, performance marketing, SEO) Lead a team of brand associates to support your brand growthYOUR PROFILE You have 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management, e-commerce, marketing, preferably at a fast-paced startup / B2C space Ideally you have previously managed or even built your own e-commerce or other social media-related business Outstanding organisational skills and experience in effectively planning and coordinating projects across multiple departments Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills Experienced with and passion for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing a plus Thrives in a rapidly growing and radically changing environment, and is eager to help build Una Brands into the next VC-backed unicornUna Brands is committed in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
