Responsibilities :

Strategic Brand Planning:
  • Develop winning brand strategy and sales forecast across all channels, from brand objectives setting to delivering accurate forecasts and monitoring brand performance
  • Building upon global brand strategy and guidelines for consumer demand generation
  • Actively identify key consumer, category and market insights for excellent and apply them across aspects of the brand strategy and execution
  • Manages relationships with opinion leaders and dermatologist community to support the product, in co-operation with local Medical Advisor (if any in the country organization) and/or Area Marketing Support and Corporate Services Marketing & Medical
  • Prepares assigned product line(s) objectives and development schedules for medium/long term plan
  • Launch excellence/SKU rationalization
  • Undertake regular market analysis on brand & promotion performance & tracking & provide recommendations to achieve brand growth
  • ROI tracking of major brand activation
Above & Below the Line Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute the brands ATL and Digital activity
  • Organize & Manage the PR activities for the brand increasing media presence
  • Create & execute trade marketing plans including POS material & effective sales support material to fully exploit the product portfolio
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, finance, regulatory & supply chain) to co-ordinate the marketing & sales activities to deliver brand objectives
  • Lead the projects and project team meetings

Commercial & Promotion Planning:
  • Evaluate pricing strategy for all new products & for existing product Portfolio
  • Develops product strategy/positioning, including pricing and packaging artwork specifications for local brands
  • Develops product detailing strategy, including promotional material
  • Collaborate with KAMs in the development of the brands national promotion plans to optimize category performance
  • Prepare customer meetings and provide marketing contents for presentation to customers
  • Manage the brand Variable Marketing Budget
  • Agency and vendor management
  • Conduct regular product trainings to internal/external customers
  • Provides technical expertise, trains and motivates Field Force on products
  • Visits the trade, pharmacists, dermatologists with relevant Sales Personnel in order to test the support documentation
  • Ensure proper record keeping and back-up of important marketing information generated within the franchise(s).
Requirement :
  • Degree in Business School/Marketing or Science related
  • At least 3 - 5 years of work experience in marketing or brand management experience
