We are seeking a talented and strategic-minded Brand Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our brand strategies. As a Brand, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our brand vision, ensuring consistency, and driving brand awareness by engaging prospective students through consultation on our courses. You will play a critical role in positioning our school as a leading authority among prospective students in advertising design education and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience. With your creative flair, strategic thinking, and passion for branding, you will make a significant impact on our school\'s growth and reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of MAD School in the advertising design industry.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights to inform brand positioning and messaging.
  • Define and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application when conducting consultation with prospective students
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, admissions, and faculty, to align brand strategies with overall business objectives and campaigns
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and promotional materials, aligned with the brand voice and messaging
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets and materials for your consultation use
  • Identify partnership opportunities and collaborations that align with our brand values and enhance brand visibility
  • Foster a strong brand culture internally, ensuring alignment and understanding among faculty, staff, and students.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the education industry or creative arts field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into effective consultation with prospective students
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
