Brand Manager
Wholesome Savour is looking for a highly experienced colleague to develop and adapt a brand strategy for our company\xe2\x80\x99s target market. As the \xe2\x80\x98brand guardian\xe2\x80\x99, this colleague will maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and manage a portfolio of products.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Competitor and customer insights analysis
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
- Any other tasks assigned by CEO including but not limited to creative, design, videography, photography, conceptualizing and media production
- You have Degree in Business, Advertising or Marketing
- You have 5 years of experience in preferably FMCG field
- You are fluent and strong in English
- You have brand awareness \xe2\x80\x93 a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
- You have determination and perseverance
- You have relationship management skill
- You have a strong focus on results
- You have a high degree of business acumen
- You possess the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
