Achieve the sales and turnover targets of experience stores in the region, including store-level PSI targets. Follow up the regions, customers, and stores with poor target attainment, analyze the causes, and assist in improvement.
Follow up the supply of the experience store and manage the inventory. Communicate with KAM and customer to ensure store arrival.
Undertake and achieve the country campaign. Split campaign targets and follow up the achievement.
ISRP data quality and sales authenticity management. Manage the ISRP data and sales authenticity of the region.
Store and Promoter Capacity. Improve the sales volume of stores and promoters and ensure that the sales volume meets the baseline requirements.
Implement credit card/HC policies in stores. Review execution of store credit card/HC.
Improve all-scenario sales of experience stores managed by regions and increase the proportion of non-mobile phone products to 60%.
Ensure 100% profitability of regional experience stores.
Operations:
Implement retail actions, such as POSM, store display, and gift delivery. Store POSM, display check, and gift arrival.
Experience store personnel management (CSL/promoter onboarding and exiting). Team building, personnel onboarding and exit.
Store activities (holidays, store openings, etc.). Plan the experience store activities, and follow up the execution and review of the activities.
Experience store service management and satisfaction improvement. Check the service process of promoter stores to improve customer satisfaction.
IT system usage management, IFORCE, ISRP.
Online sales management, such as O2O, GMB, and FB. Improve the online sales capability of stores and build a shop diversion platform model.
Store lifecycle and contract status operation management. Review the operation status and contract status of experience stores monthly.
Other operations related matters such as weekly shop visits are recommended to understand market dynamics and other operational matters.
